Ingrédients
For a 40x30cm sheet:
150g of powdered almonds
150g of egg white (about 5 eggs)
140g of white sugar
(you can add sliced almonds for beauty points)
Étapes
Preheat the oven on 180°C.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
Incorporate the sugar (with a spatula is better)
Incorporate the almonds (with a spatula as well)
Spread your mix over a baking sheet with around 1.5cm of thickness.
(if you want add your sliced almonds on top) Put it in the oven for 15 to 20min.
