Two 20x30cm almond dacquoise (https://anatole-sot.xyz/gibli/recipes/172)
200g of raspberry
Étapes
Pick which dacquoise will be your top (best looking one) and which one will be your bottom.
Using either a piping bag (best results) or a spatula, spread a layer of about 5mm of mousseline cream on the bottom dacquoise.
Add a healthy amount of raspberry (all of them) distributed equally across the whole cake.
Cover the raspberry with another layer of mousseline cream.
Lay the top dacquoise on top.
Enjoy your meal !!
