Ingrédients
For the biscuit :
300g of speculoos biscuits
120g of butter
For the cream :
500g of mascarpone
250g of heavy cream (30%)
A few drops of vanilla extract
50g of speculoos biscuits
(you can add speculoos spread in the cream)
Étapes
Crush the speculoos biscuits in small pieces and melt the butter.
Mix them together and spread it on the bottom of your cake pan.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream and spread it on top of the biscuit.
Put in the fridge for at least 4h.
